Tyler Kato, 19, of 30 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
David Protsun, 20, of 21 Birchwood Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, failure to stop or yield, speeding in violation of special regulations, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Rickey A. Williams, 62, of 35 Meadow St., Apt. A, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Christopher J. Affenito, 46, of 62 Jefferson St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Affenito was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense.
Danielle L. Roberts, 34, of 15 Mechanic St., 1st. Flr. Rear, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of making a false 911 call and making a false crime report brought by Westfield police. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Roberts was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Daniel C. Rinaldi, 48, of 868 Southampton Road, Apt. 49, Westfield, was released upon payment of $250 cash bail pending an Aug. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
