Sean R. Barrett, 23, of123 Capen St., Worthington, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a June 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield and speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit brought by Westfield police.
Edwin Llorens, 20, of 9 Wolfe St., Apt. 9, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime brought by State Police.
Edwin M. Torres, 41, of 18 Cowles Court, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Richard J. Martin, 56, of 126 Main St., Apt. 6, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a victim 60 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police.
Nathan M. Callahan, 30, of 3 Johnny Cake Hill Road, Chester, was released upon payment of $200 cash bail pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
