Robert J. Larrivee, 42, of 62 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
David J. Richard, 21, of 93 Norton Road Extension, Otis, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Angel Dejesus, 28, of 6 Tow Path Lane, Westfield, was held in lieu of $150 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
