Jacory H. Gonzalez, 23, of 51 Davis St., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of a Class D drug brought by Westfield State University police and was assessed $100.
Thomas M. Colligan, 67, of 7 Free St., saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed when the Commonwealth was unable to locate the victim.
Tracy E. Flagg, 43, of 11 Lake Shore Drive, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Joseph Reale, 22, of 136 Queen Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations, assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Donald J. Viel, 23, of 163 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
George J. Harris, 63, of 38 Franklin St., pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was fined $50. He was assessed $50.
Darren W. Smith, 49, of 23 Chestnut St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Jessica M. Cernak, 30, of 25 E. Silver St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 brought as separate cases by Westfield police.
Richard J. Arnold, 25, of 14 Arnold St., saw a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police dismissed when the court allowed a motion to suppress evidence.
