MacKenzie Beaudry, 21, of 45 Amherst Ave., Feeding Hills, saw two charges of assault and battery, brought as separate cases by Westfield police, not prosecuted when, in each case, the Commonwealth was unable to locate the named victim.
Sarah L. Meade, 27, of 21 Summer St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Barbara S. Pomeroy, 51, of 92 Pheasant Hill Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Liza M. Gomez, 30, of 41 Bloomfield St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of a credit card and larceny of property valued less than $100 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $50.
Thomas P. Padden, 42, of 7 St. Joseph Drive, East Longmeadow, was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail pending a Nov. 26 Hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jason C. Spafford, 41, of 162 College Highway, Southampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
