Alaina M. Gasque, 26, of 22 Vassar St., Springfield, had charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended and operator send/read electronic message dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
John E. Krzykowski, Jr., 55, of 200 Southwick Road, Apt. 27, Westfield, was placed on probation until Nov. 16, 2018, with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of indecent assault and battery on child under 14, brought by Westfield Police.
Sarah M. Moggio, 32, of 40 Orange St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 23, 2018 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection/sticker, brought by State Police Russell.
