Chad I. Phillips, 38, of 99 Cummington Road, Worthington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor and child endangerment while operating under the influence, brought by Russell State Police.
Christopher M. Hanechack, 20, of 136 Woodland Way, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, a person under 21 procuring alcohol, a person under 21 possessing alcohol, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and no inspection/sticker, brought by Russell State Police.
Anthony S. Bushway, 42, of 188 Dayton St., Springfield, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections, along with credit for time served, after pleading guilty to charges of shoplifting by asportation and walking on railroad tracks, brought by Westfield Police.
