Michael S. Oemcke, 36, of 38 Brentwood Dr., Westfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, speeding in violation of special regulation and possession of a class A drug, brought by Southwick Police.
Daniel B. Holland, 19, of Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 2 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield Police.
