Raymond Gregoire, 27, of 76 Edbert St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police.
Kenneth J. Otey, 43, of 24 Quincy St., Springfield, was found to be not guilty, in a bench trial, of a charge of receiving a stolen motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. A charge of possession of a Class B drug was not prosecuted.
Sandra L. Cambo, 54, of 49 George St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 24 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan P. Homer, 30, of 1119 Westfield St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Anatoliy Lukin, 26, of 26 Williams St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and assessed an additional $50.
Laura E. Leja, 39, of 1311 Blandford Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicle safety standards.
