Shawn P. Kelly, 27, of 50 Day Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50, enjoined from abuse of the named victim and ordered to remain drug free.
Alexandra M. Martel, 21, of 27 Chestnut St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Charles S. Barbarisi, 26, of 12 Eagle St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing, assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations a marked lanes violation.
