Darren W. Smith, 49, of 23 Chestnut St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Megan M. Phelon, 26, of 208 Ponders Hollow Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 24 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property and larceny brought by Westfield police.
Steven M. Pettengill, 28, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial since July 16.
Ryan R. Alvarado, 34, of 126 Homestead Ave., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas P. Roy, 23, of 109 Parker St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Matthew D. York, 43, of 185 Huntington Rod, Russell, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police and was assessed $25. A charge of disturbing the peace was not prosecuted.
Robin Arnold, 22, of 11 George St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Tracy L. Hoynoski, 37, of 115 Union St., was placed on pretrial probation for three months after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Justin D. Hitchcock, 21, of 9 Curtis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property, assault and battery and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Richard K. Rovelli, 23, of 107 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was found to have violated probation imposed March 11, 2014, when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police. His probation was extended for three additional months.
