Luis M. Santiago, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Evan M. Cioffi, 18, of 308 Springdale Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Joseph W. Busby, 55, of 11 Bush St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse protection order brought by Westfield police.
Shakeem K. Scott, 30, of 96 Riverdale St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Kelly King, 46, of 2 North Lake Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by State Police.
William R. Menard, 22, of 106 Pineridge Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.
Todd M. Smith, 36, of no fixed address in Westfield, saw a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police not prosecuted after the alleged victim failed to maintain contact with the Commonwealth.
Nicole Discanto, 21, of 14 McKinley Ave., Easthampton, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield State College police.
Erin K. Mcfague, 32, of 34 Meadow St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of making a false 911 call brought by Westfield police.
Cody Lewis, 22, of 15 Mountain Laurel Drive, Russell, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim when was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 and credit card fraud valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Brandon Shenas, 27, of 259 Perry Hill Road, Ashford, Conn., was ordered to have no contact with and to stay away from the alleged victim when he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Granville police.
Alphonso E. Hines-Vanterpool, 20, of 41 Woodview Drive, Brookfield, Conn., was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim and was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and wonton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Rhonda L. Guevin, 39, of 31 Basket St., Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Carmelo Rivera, 35, of 872 Beacon Circle, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of making a false 911 call brought by Westfield police.
Harry E. Mains, Harry E. Mains, 41, of 72 Coral St., Brockton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class C drug brought by environmental police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of violation of Department of Fish and Game hunting and fishing regulations was not prosecuted.
