Thomas C. Pease, 48, of 745 West Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of walking or riding on railroad tracks brought by State Police and was fined $100. He was assessed $50.
Mark A. Fuller, 48, of 22 Margerie St., pleaded guilty to a charge of walking or riding on railroad tracks brought by State Police. He was fined $100 and assessed $50.
Carson R. Filiault, 20, of 94 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Edward W. Walsh, 40, of 80 Western Ave., saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle not prosecuted.
Leslie A. Buschmann, 41, of 67 Orange St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and she was fined $50 and assessed $50.

Lakeisha S. Blatch, 29, of 156 Quincy St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Jamie L. Foxe, 18, of 15 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
David A. White, 31, of 27 Congamond Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and assessed an additional $50.
Justin T. Mountain, 25, of 36 Davis Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Joshua A. DeJesus, 33, of 126 Union St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
