Richard K. Rovelli, 24, of 43 North Main St., South Hadley, was placed on one year probation after charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery were continued without finding and had charges of attempted murder, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Donald Stenico, 55, of 919 Southampton Road, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in the House of Correction with probation until November 16, 2022, to serve concurrently for the following charges for which he pleaded guilty: four counts of indecent assault and battery on person 14 or over, three counts of improper storage of firearm and three counts possession of firearm without FID card and had two counts of possession large capacity firearm, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Nicole A. Deuso, 39, of 200 Narragansett Blvd., Chicopee, was placed on two years probation after being found guilty by a jury of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, ordered to pay $2,910 and to comply with RMV’s loss of license and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Nathaniel Vazquez, 20, of 73 Farnsworth St., Springfield, had charges of indecent assault and battery on person 14 or over, assault and battery on family/household member, strangulation or suffocation and assault to rape dismissed without prejudice after victim failed to appear/prosecute, brought by Westfield police.
David S. Marlin, 51, of 379 Allison Drive, Torrington, Conn., was released in lieu of $100 cash pending a January 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
James M. Tremble, 24, of 94 Gosshill Road, Huntington, had charges of obscene matter to a minor dismissed without prejudice after the victim failed to appear/prosecute, brought by Russell State Police.
Thomas X. Leary, 28, of 32 Rocket Run, Enfield, Conn., received a six-month suspended sentence to the House of Correction, placed on probation till November 16, 2016 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation were continued without finding and after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of personal injury, brought by Southwick police.
Henry J. Siegel, 21, of 35 Norwood Ave., Florence, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield State University police.
Tyler Jones, 24, of 67 Lakeside St., Springfield, was placed on one year probation after charges of aggravated assault and battery, reduced to assault and battery, were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Bridget A. Baker, 36, of 27 West Main St., Russell, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by State Police Russell.
Kellie J. Burke, 72, of 1901 Plantation Key Circle, Brandon, Fla., was placed on six months probation after charges of kidnapping minor by relative were continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police.
