Justin M. Crosby, 20, of 385 Steiger Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and trespass, brought by Westfield State University police.
Christian Vargas, 25, of 41 Kenyon St., Springfield, was sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, time served direct, balance suspended till November 18, 2016 and ordered to comply with RMV license revocation plus a 45-day loss of license after pleading guilty to receiving stolen motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with license revoked as HTO and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs continued without finding, had the following charges dismissed: carrying firearm without license, possession firearm without FID card, Mass Pike speeding and failing to stop for police and was found not responsible for Mass Pike marked lanes violation and Mass Pike negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by State Police Westfield.
Dylan C. Swearingen, 35, of 101 Emery St., Chester, had charges of sex offender failing to register, subsequent offense, brought by State Police Russell, dismissed after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden County Superior Court.
