Charles R. Pignatare, 35, of 27 Blandford Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and receiving a stolen credit card brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas C. Krupa, 24, of 60 Danek Drive, was found guilty in a jury trial of charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct and was placed on probation by Judge Philip A. Contant for one year. He was fined $177.50 and assessed $50.
Mikhail Dukan, 23, of 10 Ward Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts Turnpike without a valid inspection sticker.
Justin T. Mountain, 25, of 35 Davis Road, Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and ordered to complete an anger management program after he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Jhoany Mulero, 20, of 45 King St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Scott Consolini, 26, of 16 Cross St., saw charges of aggravated assault and battery and indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14 years-of-age brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Jose A. Madera, 57, of 33 Montgomery St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Raymond Messier, 34, of 22 Noreen Drive, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Michale N. Pelley, 40, of 15 John Mason Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim
