Carlos E. Sifontes-Cruz, 49, of 21 Union St., was enjoined from making any threats, violence or contact with the victim after he pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order. He was placed on probation for one year and assessed $50.
Sergio M. Cozzaglio, 20, of 6 St. Paul St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, using a motor vehicle without authority, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was ordered to remain alcohol and drug free and he was assessed $800, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $577.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days.
Darwin Cruz-Cotto, 26, of 81 Pine St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Antron Goodridge, 22, of 164 Clinton Place, Hackensack, N.J., was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield State University police and was assessed $100. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
Myles Candelet, 18, of 48 Loumar Drive, Pittsfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield State University police and was assessed $50.
Michael Holmes, 38, of 342 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
