Jacob Lishness, 29, of 16 Shaggbark Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police. He was also arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police and was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 18, 2013, hearing.
Roland J. Flagg Sr., 52, of 110 Middlefield Road, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a number plate violation. In a separate case also brought by State Police, Flagg submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating of a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle and those charges were also continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Justin M. Black, 25, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on $200 personal surety after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense brought by Westfield police.
John Mullaney, 39, of 31 Sutton Place, Agawam, was released on $1,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense brought by Westfield police.
Vyacheslav L. Pisarenko, 20, of 81 Bliss St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan 10, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by Westfield police.
Robert A. Berube Jr., 48, of 273 Shelbourne Line Road, Colrain, was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Berube was held in lieu of $1,000 after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation.
