Jonathan Pedraza, 23, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Russell State Police.
Timothy Quinn, 19, of 577 Western Ave., had charges of selling/delivering liquor to person under 21, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Dave A. Laguer, 26, of 12 W. School St., was released on his own recognizance pending a January 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Colby Foster, 21, of 97 Phillips Ave., Rockport, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation state highway traffic violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Westfield State University police.
Christopher S. Bartlett, 41, of 114 Otis St., was placed on one year probation after charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct were continued without finding and had charges of assault on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Michael S. Reilly, 42, of 9 Baltic Ave., Chicopee, was placed on one year probation after charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering were continued without finding and had charges of trespass, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Chandler Daniels, 41, of 28 Beaumont Terrace, Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and speeding, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Jacquet L. Wilson, 47, of 128 Elm St., had charges of rape, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden County Superior Court.
