William McClain, 47, of 55 Pequot Point Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Bethzaida Reyes, 29, of 134 Union St., saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed by order of the court. She was found to be not responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
John C. Jebb, 25, of 91 Admiral St., East Longmeadow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield State University police.
Kyle R. Betters, 21, of 115 Spadina Parkway, Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Steven E. Turrini, 21, of 163 South Longyard Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery and a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police.
