Sarah B. Paradis, 23, of 17 Maple St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought as three separate cases by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $150 and ordered to pay $282 in restitution;
Jordan J. Skipper, 36, of 2 Old House Road, Montgomery, saw eight charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, eight charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and charges of possession of a Class A drug, larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm without an FID card brought as four separate cases by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
Yuriy Kontsemal, 24, of 27A Cleveland Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI brought by State Police.
David V. Minchuk, 30, of 172 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Ashley A. Fortin, 28, of 215 Silver St., Granville, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was assessed $50.
Paul C. Boscher, 49, of 384 Falley Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $100, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Hader M. Abid, 22, of 234 Russell Road, was found to be responsible for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding brought by State Police and was assessed $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
Susan H. Avondo, 53, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Brandon L. Barnes, 19, of 114 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Nathan Gaido, 32, of 10 Hanover St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Michael A. England, 22, of 25 E. Silver St, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
