Freurys Tejada, 20, of 292 Belgrade Ave., Roslindale, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Michael N. Pelley, 40, of 15 John Mason Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
William R. Menard, 22, of 106 Pineridge Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by State Police.
Sylvie M. Allen, 49, of 11 Pineywoods Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 18 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of failure to attend jury duty.
Melissa L. Gibney, 41, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
James Ahern, 35, of 71 Taylor St., Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
