David C. Mcgannon, 47, of 613 College Highway, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick Police.
Jason D. Johnson, 34, of 48 Pleasant St., Westfield, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a Dec. 124 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
