Michael J. Hazzard, 37, 21 Pleasant St., Amherst, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a Nov. 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, leaving the scene of personal injury and motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, brought by Westfield State Police.
William M. O’Connor, 38, of 12 Rockybrook Dr., Huntington, was sentenced to probation warning after pleading guilty to threatening to commit a crime, brought by Westfield Police.
