Ethan R. Graves, 19, of 12 Fruit St., Lowell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace, assault and battery, vandalizing property and malicious destruction of property under $250, brought by Westfield State University Police.

Jordyne Taylor, 26, of 40 Wilson Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 23 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace, brought by Westfield Police.
Brendan White, 19, of 1662 Commercial St., Weymouth, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University Police.

Jose I. Vazquez, 23, of 200 Southwick Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield Police.

Henry V. Deaza-Velez, 22, of 7 bush St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest, brought by Westfield Police.

Spenser A. Ward, 28, of 16 Congamond Road, Southwick, was released on $500 bail pending a Jan. 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor–second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick Police. Ward was also arraigned on assault and battery charges last week.

Timur Dadayev, 30, of 16 Taylor Ave., Westfield, was held without right to bail pending a Nov. 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a household member, fugitive from justice on a court warrant and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police. Dadayev’s fugitive status was in relation to a felony drug warrant out of Virginia.

Emmet M. Kopacz, 18, of 59 main St., Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 12 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Russell State Police.
