Gabrielle Arruda, 19, of 17 Broadleaf Circle, West Suffield, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 1 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Southwick police.
Jarrett M. Hebert, 37, of 15 Clark St., saw two charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, brought as separate cases by Westfield police, dismissed without prejudice when the named victim failed to appear in court.
Heather M. Twing, 32, of 63 George St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Jason M. Osella, 38, of 170 King St. Extension, saw a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Grady Hughes, 18, of 18 Pearl Brook Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Southwick police.
Jonathan O. Savard, 22, of 107 Kensington Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction fo property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Victoria A. Wood, 28, of 86 Montgomery St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
