Jeffrey A. Wert, 27, of 593 Southwick Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 15 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
Hector Rosario, 33, of 60 Windsor St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with his license suspended, subsequent offense, and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick Police.
William M. McGrath, 30, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on $300 bail pending a Dec. 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and a motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Southwick Police.
