John K. Self, 24, of 140 Union St., Westfield, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nikolay Lisitsin, 74, of 19 Hancock St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Matthew J. Maynard, 22, of 91 Glenwood Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Travis R. Lucia, 40, of 62 Jefferson St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Raymond Dejesus, 35, of 88 Russellville Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by State Police.
Alexander C. Rose, 19, of 525 Curve St., Bridgewater, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield State University police.
Darla M. Costa, 37, of 38 Crown St., was placed on pretrial probation for a month and ordered to pay restitution of $1,000 after she was arraigned on charges of identity fraud and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Eric J. Perez, 27, of 11 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment order brought by Westfield police.

Hector L. Casanova, 22, of 11A Union Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment protection order brought by Westfield police.
Robert W. Gilmet Jr., 45, of 33 Atwater St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass brought by Westfield police.
