Luke Stiles, 19, of 192 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and larceny from a building brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation three month. He was assessed $50.
Erin L. Nichols, 21, of 4 Linden Ave., Westfield, was found to have violated probation imposed July 27, 2012, when she admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme brought by Agawam police and was sentenced to two concurrent six month terms in the house of correction. She was assessed $220.
Cesar A. Adorno, 29, of 126 Union St., was held without right to bail pending an Oct. 23 extradition hearing after he was arraigned as a fugitive from justice.
Luis Vega, 19, of 44 Mechanic St., pleaded guilty to charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on police officer brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two one year terms in the house of correction concurrent with a term ordered in an unrelated case. He was assessed $50.
Andrew T. St. Germain, 27, of 1841 East Mountain Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Pjotr Ptselnikov, 23, of 126 Hillside Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Cory K. Schumann, 17, of 31 Foch Ave., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and was ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and be subject to random testing.
