Teressa Anna Marie Libian, 22, of 9 Feeding Hill Rd., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a motor vehicle lights violation and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, Libian was again released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael T. Wellspeak, 49, of 158 Berkshire Av., Southwick, was released on $300 cash bail pending on Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police. However, Wellspeak was held when the court revoked bail on another pending case.
Jason Coon, 34, of 92 Johnson St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
James J. Mason, 48, of 155 Main St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Laurie J. Maratea, 61, of 91 Barbara St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by State Police.
Duane Suliveres, 39, of 18 Southworth St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Andrew J. Pratt, 22, of 16 Walnut St., Belmont, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Rolando Santana, 27, of 8 Elcon Drive, Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of malicious damage to property valued more than $250 and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $2,400 in restitution.
Michael J. Mistalski, 27, of 35 Susan Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of liquor in a motor vehicle and speeding brought by State Police.
Matthew L. Daggett, 29, of 8 Conner Ave., saw a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to lack of evidence after the alleged victim failed to maintain contact with the Commonwealth.
James J. Martin, 27, of 26 Bowdoin St., Palmer, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. In an earlier separate case brought by Southwick police, Martin, at an address of 350 West St., Ludlow, saw a charge of assault and battery not prosecuted.
Beverly A. Tomasini, formerly Beverly Krupa, 45, of 5 Noble Ave., saw a charge of distribution of cocaine dismissed after she was indicted and arraigned on the same charge in superior court.
