Eric J. Voudren, 38, of 18 King St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Tristan S. Fenton, 22, of 644 Armory St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
