Paige Roberts, 25, of 672 Main Road, Granville, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Darlene C. Kirby, 34, of 140 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Maurice O. Davis Jr., 33, of 108 Miller St, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Dec. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey James, 26, of 129 Root Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months and he was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and assessed $100.
SirFrancis L. Carthon, 32, of no known address in Springfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety after he was arraigned on charges of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250, breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Laura J. Parent, 35, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Eric C. Carney, 45, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
McKinley Quarles, 21, of no fixed address in Springfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a Nov. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Michael P. Butler, 42, of 72 Radisson Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Christian R. Lent, 36, of 656 West Road, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Jan. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Edwin Martinez, 34, of 58 Pearl St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of a an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.

Larry J. McDaid, 19, of P.O. Box 401, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a misdemeanor and wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered by Judge Philip A. Contant to pay restitution to be determined.
Daniel C. Fisher, 46, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Fecteau, 52, of Blandford Road, Granville, pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and was placed on probation for one year by Judge Philip A. Contant who also ordered him to pay restitution to be determined. He was assessed $90.
Jacob H. Stiles, 22, of 192 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and was assessed $50.
