Kevin C. Daviau, 28, of 94 Chestnut St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to drive in right lane, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Carolos M. Ortiz, 45, of 80 George St., Apt. 1, had charges of violating an abuse prevention order dropped after victim failed to prosecute, brought by Westfield police.
Rudene Westbrook, Jr., 36, of 128 Miller St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
