Bryan J. Reno, 26, of 97 Elm St., Apt. 408, received pretrial probation till April 20, 2016 on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Sean A. Carter, 32, of no known address Montgomery, had charges of assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed after victim failed to prosecute, brought by Westfield police.
Shaun A. Mann, 24, of 1163 Elm St., 2nd Fl., West Springfield, received a probation violation after failing to remit payment of $200, pending a December 10 hearing, based on original charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
Luis A. Rodriguez, 42, of 21 Marble St., 2nd Floor, Springfield, received three months probation after pleading guilty to charges of uttering a false prescription, brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Keier, 44, of 168 Huntington Road, Russell, had charges of violating an abuse prevention order dismissed after victim failed to prosecute.
Steven Podmore, 37, of 473 College Highway, Southwick, had charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Southwick police, dismissed after victim failed to prosecute.
Todd A. Sicard, 38, of 135 Pinehurst Road, received a 60-day sentence in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI, brought by Russell State Police.
Nicholas J. Distefano, 29, of 2 Maria Drive, received a one-year suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation till October 20, 2016 after pleading guilty to possessing a Class A drug and possessing a Class B drug to serve concurrent with previous charges, brought by Westfield police.
Hector Sanchez, 25, of 310 Chapin St., Ludlow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of modifying motor vehicle height and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license amended to subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
