Ryan Silva-Campos, 19, of 11 Warren Road, Framingham, was fined $50 after being found responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
Amy L. Ober, 47, of 404 Southwick Road, Apt. 7, had charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Owen C. Noel, II, 54, of 15 Dubois St., Apt. 1st, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a December 7 hearing after being arraigned on three counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 and was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating a harassment prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Eric Hopper, 41, of 107 Kensington Ave., Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $150, brought by Westfield police.
Joshua D. Kratochvil, 30, of 243 Elm St., was fined $50 after being found responsible for disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
