Maureen McGinnis, 46, of 71 Fairview Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Cheryl Shaw, 56, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and a charge of trespass was not prosecuted prior to arraignment.
Elizabeth Shaw, 30, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Ann T. Haseltine, 53, of 33 College Highway, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Charles E. Wojcik Jr., 55, of 23 Harvard St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Stephanie Horkun, 28, of 67 High St., Agawam, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle which does not meet RMV safety standards, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jacob G. Laplante, 21, of 794 Suffield St., Agawam, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Alexis J. Michalian, 18, of 95 Silver Lake Drive, Agawam, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Mark M. Rudy, 41, of 9 Myrtle Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to keep to the right for an oncoming vehicle and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration was dismissed by the court.
Timothy A. Lebeau, 23, of 9A Union St., was found to be responsible for a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $20. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Nathan L. Willemain, 28, of 168 Windsor St., Enfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
