Aaron P. Rosenfield, 26, of 353 South Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police.
Jordan J. Skipper, 36, of 2 Old House Road, Montgomery, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Nov. 7 hearing in each of three cases brought by Westfield police. In two of the cases Skipper is charged with breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 and in the third case he is charged with possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card.
Mark Jachym, 43, of 128 North Westfield St., Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
