Filiault, 34, of 1256 Main St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, leaving the scene of property damage and state highway traffic violation, brought by Westfield Police.
