Jaroslaw Chalupka, 31, of 157 Grove St., New Britain, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault and battery on a pregnant victim and intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official, brought by Westfield Police.
Stephen M. Rogalski, 58, of 119 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was ordered to pay $400 after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny under $250, which was originally charged as larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
