David Cennamo, 29, of 356 East Mountain Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick Police.
Maureen A. Halloran, 54, of 20 Evergreen Dr., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Nov. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Emmanuel G. Diaz, 26, of 12 Franklin St., Westfield, was released on a $5,000 cash bond pending a Nov. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender and possession to distribute a class B drug, brought by Westfield Police.
Abimael Benitez, 40, of 44 Franklin St., Westfield, was sentenced to one-year probation after pleading guilty to charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
