Andrew C. Stenico, 23, of 15 Old Main Road, Montgomery, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Oct. 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official and threat to commit a crime, brought by the Russell State Police, as well as a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon that was brought by Westfield Police.
