Nathan Czerniak, 23, of 98 Montgomery Road, had charges of disorderly conduct continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
Ryan S. Willis, 21, of 10 Avery St., Apt. fl 1, was released in lieu of $500 personal surety pending a November 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of armed assault in a dwelling and assault and battery with serious bodily injury, brought by Westfield police.
Keva M. Clay, Jr., 21, of 54 Folly Brook Blvd., Apt. 2, Wethersfield, Connecticut, was released in lieu of $500 personal surety pending a November 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with serious bodily injury and armed assault in a dwelling, brought by Westfield police.
Michael A. Blair, 24, of 59 Pochassic St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for motorcycle equipment violation, brought by Westfield police.
Dimitry V. Belyshev, 41, of 49 Kamuda St., Indian Orchard, received a six-month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, failing to signal, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol second offense and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
