, 24, of 357 Pulaski St., Dunellen, New Jersey, received one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, and ordered to stay away from Rite Aid after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property over $250 amended to under $250, attempting to commit a crime amended to larceny under $250, improper use of credit card over $250 amended to under $250 and forged or utter forged credit card and had charges of possessing counterfeit press credit card and receiving improper credit card, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Felix A. Santos, 23, of 270 Eldert St., Apt. 2, Brooklyn, New York, received one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from Rite Aid after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding and pleading guilty to receiving stolen property over $250 amended to under $250, attempting to commit a crime amended to larceny under $250 and forged or utter forged credit card and had charges of possessing counterfeit press credit card and receiving improper credit card, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Syed A. Rehman, 27, of 20 Arnold St., Apt. 1, received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of possessing a Class B drug were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Bryan A. Booth, 48, of 628 College Highway, Apt. 5, Southwick, received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding, had charges of uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal identity dismissed and was found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Russell State Police.
Natasha L. Mendez, 23, of 115 Dwight St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an October 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
