Aaron J. Breton, 30, of 4670 South Branch Parkway, Springfield, received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $200 after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and found not responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Chandler Daniels, 40, of 28 Beaumont Terrace, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Jamaries V. Ruiz, 41,13 Conner Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Kyle B. Toee, 30, of 112 Main St., Apt. E., received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $250 after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and was found not responsible failing to stop/yield, brought by Westfield police.
Zacary Fournier, 25, of 39 Rugby St., Holyoke, received one-year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after charges of larceny under $250 by single scheme, larceny of credit card and larceny over $250 were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Efrain A. Perez, 34, of 8 Jennifer Lane, West Stockbridge, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by State Police Russell.
