James Vassallo, 35, of 180 Russell Road, had charges of assault and battery on family/household member and assault and battery with dangerous weapon dismissed upon request of victim, brought by Westfield police.
Corey O’Donnell, 31, of 9 Lockhouse Road, Apt. B, received one-year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of assault and battery were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Carly M. Breault, 23, of 342 Southwick Road, Apt. 91, received 90 days probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and she was found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Westfield State University, and had separate charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to stop yield, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed.
Matthew F. Reilly, 30, of 70 Raymond Drive, Hampden, received one-year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month (waived until January) while on probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
