Matthew P. Turgeon, 20, of 42 Arnold St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Palmer, 20, of 99 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges larceny of property valued more than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Jenny Colon, 46, of 243 Elm St., saw charges of possession of a Class B drug, assault and battery and trespass brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Stacy A. Parent, 25, of 116 Belmont St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and uttering a false check brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $360.
Stephanie A. Forrette, 25, of 128 Drexel St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and ordered to pay restitution of $2,708.
Chelsea Walker, 28, of 128 Drexel St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and ordered to pay restitution of $2,708.
Scott Priebe, 22, of 131 River St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Tabatha L. Winch, 27, of 385 South Lane, Granville, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speeding brought by State Police.
Randal E. Humason, 29, of 433 Holyoke Road, was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim’s residence when he was released on his person recognizance after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
