Mason P. Richard, 24, 159 Granville Road, Southwick, received six-month pretrial probation on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Wolfgang Meier, 72, of 15 Eagle St., Southwick, had charges of leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation, brought by Russell State Police dismissed.
Nicholas Serre, 25, of 78 Knollwood Drive, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after charges of distributing a Class A drug were continued without finding and had charges of larceny under $250, and received one-year concurrent probation for separate charges of possession of a Class A drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
