Erik Trolenberg, 29, of 8825 Albemarie Drive, Norfolk, Virginia, had charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim failed to prosecute.
Michael J. Holmes, 33, of 20 Malone Ave., received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after a jury found him guilty of charges from May 2014 of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police; had separate charges from June 2014 of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police, dismissed; had separate charges from July 2014 of violating a probate court abuse prevention, brought by Westfield police, dismissed; had separate charges from September 2014 of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Steven M. Tryon, 25, of 61 Fairview Ave., West Springfield, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after charges of assault and battery on a police officer and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and was found responsible for missing a number plate, brought by Russell State Police.
Jay Blume, 19, of 24 Hampton Court, Walpole, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield State University police.
Christina M. Allen, 34, of 625 Montgomery Road, had charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, bought by Westfield police, dismissed.
John Ritchie, 24, of 15 Taylor Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield police.
Ryan C. Coggins, 26, of 266 West Allen Ridge Road, Springfield, received one year probation and ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and larceny under $250 and had separate charges of larceny over $250, forgery of order for money and utter false order for money, brought by Westfield police, dismissed as part of a global resolution.
Jeffrey D. Barker, 46, of 44 Christine Drive, West Springfield, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707, ordered to attend drug/alcohol education program and 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
Clifford J. Forrett, Sr., 50, of 32 Crown St., received six months pretrial probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation on charges of two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
