Joseph K. Russell, 22, of 3 Morgan Ave., Stoneham, saw a charge of larceny of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted.
Michael P. Sullivan, 22, of 12 Noble St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Peter Godbout, 42, of 50 Mueller Road, Holyoke, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Katie Bates, 17, of 17 Babb Road, Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age and for selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age.
Alexi M. Cyr, 19, of 36 Jefferson St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 21 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Southwick police.
Mark A. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Conner Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Christopher J. Mulvey, 43, of 103 Foch Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Eric T. Miller, 21, of 99 Huntington Road, Worthington, saw charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle, improper use of a mobile phone and speeding brought by State Police dismissed without prejudice because the duties of the arresting trooper temporarily precludes his appearance in the court.
Richard J. Beauregard, 36, of 103 Meadow St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction concurrent with a sentence imposed for a separate offense.
Jeffrey A. Kapinos, 36, of 135 Oldfield Road, Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Dick F. Villon, 19, of 240 Heath St., Jamaica Plain, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and was ordered to pay restitution of $1,530.
Lawrence G. Lorenz, 55, of 17 Depot St., Southwick, pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and indecent assault and battery brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to two concurrent 127-day sentences in the house of correction with credit for time served since July 16. He also pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and intimidation of a witness brought by Southwick police in a separate case and was sentenced to two additional concurrent 127-day terms. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an additional concurrent two and a half-month term.
Amy E. Letourneau, 43, of 30 Crown Street, saw a charge of permitting operation of a motor vehicle by a person with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jennifer Ramirez, 27, of 689 Bay St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Melissa A. Avery, 39, of 171 Laurel Road, West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of failure to return leased personal property brought by Westfield police.
Gregg M. Sheldon, 32, of 11 Tow Path Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by Westfield police.
Melissa L. Gibney, 40, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Zofia Ziembienski, 74, of 54 S. Maple St., saw charges of disorderly conduct and trespass brought by Westfield police dismissed prior to arraignment.
Dallas T. Williams III, 29, of 42 Franklin St., was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending an Oct. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Steven P. Ayala Jr., 22, of 180 Silverwood Drive, Taunton, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Justin B. Dennis, 22, of 105 Edward Kelleher Drive, Stoughton, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
