Mike Walker, 25, of 62 Granville Road, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Dmitro P. Barynov, 27, of 57 E; Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense.
Paul C. Boscher, 49, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Lemuel Saviel, 21, of 19 Clinton Ave., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle which does not meet Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed or non-transparent windows brought by State Police and was assessed $25. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
Patrick M. Donnelly, 28, of 12 Chapman Ave., Easthampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a second offense) and was sentenced to 127 days in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years, fined $750 and assessed $600. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Heather J. Sullivan, 26, of 31 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police and was assessed $50. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were not prosecuted.
Jessica L. Menard, 22, of 42 Tina Lane, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Carlos A. Santiago, 18, of 67 Pine St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police.
